ETHICS AND BUSINESS POLICIES
The Tarot Ship offers readings and consultations regardless to race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, language and age (18+). The Tarot Ship is a safe space. All are welcome.
TAROT SESSIONS
All readings will be kept confidential. Customers may request a recorded Zoom session. In this case, the Zoom session will be recorded and emailed directly to the customer.
Due to my schedule, I unfortunately can’t respond to questions after the reading has concluded. If you have any questions, please ask them during the tarot session.
However, you are welcome to write me to let me know how things are going. I love to hear from my clients.
I have clients who book readings regularly (between once a month to once a season). Regular readings help build a relationship and synergy.
If you are disrespectful or threatening, I may terminate the reading, and you will not receive a refund. I will not read for anyone under the influence of intoxicants, and I reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason.
A booked reading is for one person only. Unfortunately, you can’t “split” a reading for two or more people.
I do not read for “another person.” I read for you and you only, which can include your relationship with “another person.”
Guidance will come as the cards unfold. For example: If you ask about relationships, the cards may not address it, but rather, tell you you need to work on yourself before you even consider relationships, because that is the root of the problem. It’s the same with choices spreads. The cards may not give you a clear answer on a decision because tarot is guidance: YOU are the one who must make the decision (cards typically do weigh in favor for one answer over the other. For instance, if you get the sun card in choice 1 and devil in choice 2, it is clear the choice is 1. However, there are readings I’ve had, no matter how many clarifiers pulled, where it’s a complete standstill, meaning the universe wants you to make the decision… I can only guide you for each option). Ultimately, this is all case-by-case situations. Everyone is different. Everyone has different readings, and everyone leaves incredibly happy, inspired and ready to work on their path to enlightenment with their readings. Just be prepared to know that you may hear guidance about things you need to hear rather than what you want to know. Again, this is case by case.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
While rescheduling and cancellations are rare, it does happen.
Please be certain about your availability during my business hours. I spend a lot of time preparing for the reading in advance, and due to my full-time job, I have limited time to do readings on weeknights and weekends. Therefore, there are no refunds for cancellations.
Should you need to reschedule, please let me know as far in advance as you can. Any rescheduling must be done with minimum 24-hour notice, as is standard in professional services. Failure to provide minimum 24-hour notice for rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your rescheduling, and there will be no refund.
Rescheduling can be done only once before your appointment and the rescheduled booking must take place within thirty (30) days. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your next appointment.
If you are running late for your appointment, the onus is upon you to communicate to me your lateness via phone call, email or text. In most circumstances, I will allow up to 10 minutes.
For any cancellations/refunds, the client/customer will absorb any PayPal / credit card fees.
If you are a no-show, with no communication to me, there will be no refund. Sorry, but I do take time preparing in advance, and I only slot in 5-6 readings per week. When you fail to show without any notice, that’s a time slot that could have been filled with another person. I hope you understand. Any new future bookings with me will be a new booking with the price for the new booking.
PLEASE be familiar with Zoom before our session, and do not Zoom from a place that does not have good Internet service. There have been many instances when clients’ Internet froze or dropped – it was their time they lost, and I would love for you to have your money’s worth!
PAYMENT
I accept credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. If you’d like to pay by Venmo, I can also arrange that.
All readings and services require payment in advance of your appointment.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Customers have the right to ask questions about how I am deciphering the current information within our allotted reading time. Customers also have the right to ask for clarification on unclear matters; they have the right to understand all aspects of the reading, but should note that the recording stops at the 1 hour mark.
For all my readings, I am honest, upfront and will read the cards based on the spread. I commonly use the traditional Celtic Cross spread as it gives a full picture, and I also pull clarifiers (clarifying cards) that brings more insight to specific areas of the spread. My role is to offer insight, guidance and advice to customers based on the reading, but everyone has free will, and you are able to take the insight, guidance and advice or not. Your decisions are your own.
For all readings, I use a combination of my deep tarot knowledge, current astrological aspects and my intuition. I approach all readings with full integrity, responsibility and wholeness. The cards tell you what you need to near at the time of the reading.
I am not a psychic medium.
I unfortunately do not offer free consultations.
I do not read reversals.
I do not save Zoom recordings. You must download the link I sent you.

I will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform me as soon as possible.

INDEMNIFICATION

If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
